Conservatories

Period Conservatory

Very recently we completed the manufacture & fitting of this large period conservatory for a listed property in Shropshire. It is made from a good quality softwood and finished in an off white gloss.

The windows were designed to look like sliding sash windows, but without the functionality. We also integrated concealed guttering/drainage with the cornice mouldings you can see on this photograph.

The main entrance consists of a large pair of French Doors, with raised & fielded panels. We used only the finest brass furniture available on this consevatory, from the door knobs to the large parliament hinges. We're really proud of this job and the customer was delighted, there are some larger photos in the gallery area of this site, the link is on the main page.

Sunlounge
These photos are from a large project we undertook in Ludlow. A couple decided to build themselves a brand new house, the main feature of which was this sun lounge. It is made entirely from European Oak, is finished in a Satin lacquer and fitted with 24mm toughened Pilkington K Glass.

The picture on the right shows the face of the sun-lounge, it was taken from the driveway of the property and looks a very impressive feature on approach.

We also manufactured & fitted the rest of the joinery for the entire house, some of which can be found on the windows & doors pages of this website.

Orangery

The following photos are of an orangery extension we manufactured and fitted last year. It is made entrirely from Sapele Hardwood.

Inside, there are 2 very large roof trusses and full TGV boarding on the underside of the roof. These 2 features give the extension great character & warmth.

This is the view from inside the orangery; it shows off the stained glass well with the sunlight coming through, and the intergration of the TGV boarding, trusses and large windows.
